When will my order ship?
We offer both custom-made and ready-to-ship products. Custom-made items will be shipped roughly 6 to 8 weeks after purchase. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched approximately 1-3 business days after purchase. Although we strive to adhere to these shipping timelines, they are only estimates, and actual shipping times may vary based on production and fulfillment capacities. To determine if an item is custom-made or ready-to-ship, please check the specific product page.

How are the pieces made?
Our pieces are 100% handmade and crafted in 18k gold plated pewter metal. We look for the best quality in our materials to provide the best experience.
